Gratis is a food-for-content marketplace being built for Philadelphia, operated by Gratis Studio LLC. We are currently in a waitlist-only phase. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you join the Gratis waitlist, we collect:

Your email address
Your role — creator or business
Optionally, your Instagram or TikTok handle (if you're a creator) or your business name (if you're a business)

We do not create accounts, collect payment information, or access any social media data at this stage.

How We Use Your Information

To notify you when Gratis launches or early access becomes available
To send you occasional updates about the platform before launch
To understand the split between creators and businesses on the waitlist

Email Communications

We send waitlist emails via Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes your email address on our behalf solely for delivery purposes. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send, or by emailing help@gratis.live.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with:

Resend — our email provider, used solely to deliver emails to you
Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our legal rights

Data Retention

We retain your waitlist information until you request removal or until we no longer need it to operate the waitlist. Once the platform launches and accounts are created, a separate privacy policy covering full platform data will apply.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request removal from the waitlist at any time
Unsubscribe from emails at any time
