These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Gratis waitlist, operated by Gratis Studio LLC. By submitting your email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist.

About Gratis
Gratis is a food-for-content marketplace being built for Philadelphia's food scene, operated by Gratis Studio LLC. We are currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in early access — no account, marketplace access, or service is being provided at this time.

What the Waitlist Is
The Gratis waitlist lets you reserve your spot before we open to the public. By signing up, you agree to:
- Provide an accurate email address and role (creator or business)
- Receive one or more emails from us about the Gratis launch
- Not submit false or misleading information

No Guarantees
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature or offer. We reserve the right to change, delay, or cancel the launch at any time.

Communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive emails from Gratis about the platform launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at help@gratis.live.

Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, branding, and content are owned by Gratis and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The waitlist is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the platform will launch on any particular timeline or with any particular features.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gratis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the waitlist. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
